What we pour

Four things, each made the proper way. The board changes with the seasons; these do not.

Milk tea & boba মিল্ক টি

Black, green and oolong tea brewed in small batches, with brown sugar pearls cooked fresh through the day. The classic, done with care.

Add a topping to any iced drink: boba, coconut jelly, crystal ball, or a scoop of soft serve.

Two cup sizes: 350 ml regular and 500 ml large. Fresh juice comes in 250 ml and 350 ml.

How we work

The Panda standard

Six rules that every outlet runs on, every day. They are not on the menu, but you can taste them.

  • Brewed, never instant

    Black, green and oolong tea, brewed from leaf on a timer in small batches, and poured away when it's past its best. No instant tea, no syrup pretending to be tea.

  • Pearls on a four-hour clock

    Tapioca pearls are cooked in the outlet through the day and binned four hours after they come off the heat. Chewy, never gummy.

  • Five-stage water

    Every drink and every cube of ice starts as water that has been through a five-stage reverse-osmosis filter, with minerals added back for taste.

  • Fruit juiced to order

    Whole fruit, cut and juiced when you order. No cartons, no concentrates.

  • Sealed and labelled

    Cups are film-sealed at the counter. Everything prepared in the outlet is labelled with the time it was made.

  • Clean as we go

    The softy machine is cleaned and sanitised every day; the bar is wiped between orders; the ice scoop lives in its own holder.

Our story

Why a panda

Panda Bubbles started with a simple question: why should a proper bubble tea be something you can only get in one or two cities?

So we make it the same way in every outlet, in every city: real tea, pearls cooked fresh through the day, fruit juiced to order and softy ice cream, in a place that is bright, clean and easy to sit in: after class, after work, or with the family on a Friday evening.

Meet Panda

The one on the cup

The panda on the cup is the panda at the door. Look for it on the sign, on the wall, and on your stamp card, in every outlet.

  • The photo corner

    A panda wall, well lit, with room to stand. Take the picture; tag us.

  • The Panda stamp card

    Nine drinks stamped, the tenth is on us. A paper card, kept in your wallet, no app, and good at any outlet.

  • Families welcome

    Tables inside, softy cones for the kids, and Friday evenings made for coming together.

Through the year

A year at Panda

The board follows the weather and the calendar. Four things to know before you visit.

  • Winter শীত

    Hot milk tea, hot black tea and hot chocolate. It gets cold from November, and the hot side of the board comes into its own.

  • Summer গ্রীষ্ম

    Mango season, litchi season, and everything shaken over ice. The fruit teas and the fresh juices carry the day.

  • Ramadan রমজান

    Iftar hours and an iftar offer, announced on Facebook each year. Come after the fast breaks; the evenings are the best of the month.

  • Eid & Puja ঈদ ও পূজা

    Festival specials and a queue at the photo corner. Bring the family; the panda dresses up.

  • ৳20,000 – 25,000 a month, based on experience and performance, with an annual review

Things people ask

Where can I find Panda Bubbles?

Every outlet, with its address and hours, is in the Outlets section above. New outlets are announced on Facebook first.

What are your hours?

Each outlet's hours are on its card in the Outlets section.

Can I choose how sweet, and how much ice?

Yes, on every drink and at no charge. Sugar at 0, 25, 50, 75 or 100%; ice less, normal or extra.

Is there anything without milk?

Fruit teas and fresh juices are dairy-free. Milk teas and softy contain milk. If you have an allergy, tell us at the counter and we will walk you through what is in each drink.

Do you deliver?

Not yet. Everything is available to take away, and delivery through the usual apps will follow outlet by outlet.

Can you make drinks for a party or an office?

Yes. For ten drinks or more, message your nearest outlet a day ahead on Facebook or WhatsApp and we will have them sealed and ready at the time you want.

Is there somewhere to sit?

Yes. Every outlet has tables inside, a photo corner with the panda, and room for families and groups.

What if my drink isn't right?

Tell us and we make it again. No questions asked.
